AI smart fishing rod
A device that clips onto the rod and measures the distance of every cast in real time, without touching the line. Advanced sensors and artificial intelligence to take surfcasting to the next level.
The problem: guessing isn’t good enough
In surfcasting, cast distance is everything — and it’s exactly the hardest thing to know precisely.
Manual methods get in the way
Counting reel turns or measuring the line alters your technique and never gives a reliable, repeatable number.
No data, no improvement
Without logging power, angle and conditions, it’s impossible to compare casts and improve objectively.
How it works
A sensor on the rod, an app on your phone and an AI model that learns with you.
Real-time measurement
An inertial sensor clipped to the rod computes the distance of every cast instantly, without touching the line.
Every cast logged
It records the power, angle and conditions (wind, temperature, pressure, tides) of each cast.
AI that learns with you
A neural network model analyzes your casts, estimates the distance and helps fine-tune your technique.
All on your phone
An iOS/Android app synced over BLE, with a digital fishing log, heat maps and your data in the cloud.
