Frequently asked questions
What is technical debt in an electronic product?
Whatever was done quickly to get the prototype working and will have to be redone. The later you fix it, the more it costs.
Does my prototype need to be redone?
Almost never from scratch. The audit separates what stays from what has to change.
Can you prepare my Kickstarter campaign?
Yes: prototype, video, reward costs, funding goal and schedule. The campaign is published under your name.
Do you shoot the video and run the social media?
Yes. We produce the product video and photos, and we can run your social media before, during and after the launch.
Does it need to be certified before the campaign?
Not to open it. To ship the units, yes: CE marking in the EU and FCC if you ship to the US.
Can I show the product before patenting it?
Better not: publishing it before filing can cost you the chance to protect it. We handle it with our patent service.
Do you guarantee the campaign will succeed?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Our commitment is the work: a manufacturable product, calculated costs and realistic dates.
