Innovamar Tech came to us with one clear goal: let the angler know the exact distance of every cast, without touching the line. We built the whole product: custom electronics, firmware, the iOS / Android mobile app and the artificial intelligence model that estimates each cast. It is the first in the world to do it.

TrackIU is a wearable for CrossFit training: it captures every movement of a session and delivers it to the phone in real time, with no perceptible lag. The challenge was keeping thirteen nodes talking at once, without latency and with battery to last the session. We built the electronics, the firmware, the master device that aggregates the data and the iOS / Android mobile app. Working prototype.

VandalStop VS 5.4 control unit with its sensor and speaker connectors

A vending operator loses more repairing a machine than it sells inside. We built the electronics, firmware and iOS / Android mobile app end to end: the alarm catches the blow the moment it happens and alerts the phone over WiFi or 4G. The outcome for the operator: up to 70% fewer incidents and not a single trip out to check on a machine.

Stack of freshly manufactured inclinometer node boards

On civil works, watching a wall or a slope move meant manual, one-off readings. We built the complete nodes —custom electronics, firmware and production of the run— to measure tilt, roll and temperature continuously. Dozens of addressable nodes hang off a single RS485 line and last for years outdoors.

A Spanish startup wanted to run car parks on real-time data, but every location had different coverage. We built the custom electronics, the firmware, the iOS / Android mobile app and the AI model: triple WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G connectivity so it works in any car park, with communication encrypted end to end.

Today's temperature on its own tells you nothing: you need the history to understand what happens at home. We built the entire system —custom sensors, firmware, backend and a native iOS / Android app—: each room is measured over WiFi and Bluetooth, and the app plots the data in charts and stores the history in a database.

The client wanted to solve something everyday: nobody walks off with your bag without you knowing. We built the complete pair —ultra-compact electronics, firmware, a 3D-printed housing and a mobile app—: the two devices watch each other over Bluetooth and, if they separate, both trigger the alarm. Working prototype, ready for CE/FCC certification.

Satellite communication module with dual antennas used in the field nodes

On a farm the mobile network never reaches, crop data simply never leaves the field. We built the whole network —custom PCBs for master and slaves, firmware and cloud upload—: the nodes measure soil, environment and leaf and transmit over satellite or 2G. On battery and a solar panel they last years outdoors with no maintenance.
